Step 2: Use BNB to pay your fees

What I’d advise you to do is to use BNB to pay your fees. You can do that by simply having BNB in your Spot and/or your Futures account. This way, you’ll get an additional 25% discount on trading fees.

What is Binance?

Binance is the largest cryptocurrency exchange of the world. It offers trading on a whole range of cryptocurrency-pairs, aswell as futures on cryptocurrencies (especially perpetual futures), leveraged coins, otc-trading, staking and much more. I chose it because of their perpetual BTC-USDT Futures, which allow for a leverage of up to 125x.

Why use Binance?

  1. Size matters:

    Binance is currently the largest cryptocurrency exchange by traded volume which means: They are liquid. That’s an advantage if you want to minimize the slippage on your trades.

  2. Competitive commmission rates:

  3. Good API-functionality:
    If you’re looking to get into algorithmic trading, you’ll want to check out the API-capabilites of the exchange you choose. I’ve been using their API for quite some time now and have yet to find something, that I miss, especially after the recent update.
